I usually drink water. BUT, I love some lemonade. I decided to do this myself since buying flavored drinks is like the worst thing ever, also can be pricey…looking at you Whole Foods. (insert dramatics and a foodie quote here).
This is easy and can be kinda healthy depending on how you sweeten it.
- Half a container of strawberries (organic if you must)
- 8 lemons- juiced (dirt cheap)
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar (or favorite sweetener)— honestly this is up to you depending on how tart or sweet you like it.
- 16 oz of water
- blend, mix, chill, enjoy
